Out Of The Hat
Roger and Emily led the October Practice group through a pot pouri of NLP techniques selected at random from a Top Hat. This fun and fast paced session started with a revision of Calibration and Sensory Acuity which stood everyone in good stead as other NLP techniques got pulled from the hat.
Roger demonstrated how to delete anxieties, fears and those annoying times when some people just get in the way of you being at your best and most flexible. Using the eye accessing cues pattern and by accessing just a bit of the negative state the pattern was unwired by the practitioners guiding the client's eyes clockwise through each cue in turn in less than a minute the negative state clears.

Being resourceful emerged as a theme through the rest of the evening as Emily shared her way of being centred and accessing a flexible and open mindstate. This is done by shifting your centre of gravity just below the navel and 2 ½ inches into your body. Called 1 Point this technique is at the core of Emily's method for transforming the way people present, when you are in 1 Point your mind becomes calm and your acuity rises allowing you to be ready for anything and be able to respond effectively no matter what happens.
Roger and Emily suggested some easy ways to reduce your internal dialogue by touching fingers and thumb in rotation or simply placing your your tongue behind the the top row of teeth, experiment and notice what happens. The evening finished with Roger guiding the group to use their peripheral vision to achieve calm and stress free states. Emily took them one step further with a new and novel technique that uses peripheral vision to blow out negative states. In fact Emily shared with the group how she removed her own food allergies and reprogrammed her body reactions with this method. (for more details call Emily)
