Spicy Prawns

fresh and easy!

Great for when you are on the HCG protocol.

Cooked peeled Prawns, fresh lemon juice, chopped red chili deseeded, grated fresh ginger, crushed garlic clove, chopped fresh coriander, spring onion /chives snipped up with scissors,  few grinds of black pepper, salt if you need it.

Leave for an hour or so in the fridge to marinate and let flavors mingle, serve on salad leaves for a light and delicious meal.

Absolutely yummy and won't put weight on - you really don't feel deprived!
