This course provides the successful participant with an internationally recognised NLP Master Practitioner certificate to practice NLP for coaching, management, training and counselling. Each module is designed around one or two main themes in NLP and will also engage the master practitioner in a sequence of steps leading to the completion of an NLP project in modelling excellence.

Taking place over five modules (18days) our Master Practitioner certification training will deeply integrate and enhance your practitioner skills. Whilst you learn the advanced patterns of NLP, raising your skill level significantly, allowing you to seamlessly adapt the language, behaviours and techniques that will accomplish change for yourself and others with elegance and mastery.

Advanced Language Patterns

Module 1 brings together many of the advanced language patterns of NLP. Developing your skills with a variety of reframing techniques including Robert Dilts Sleight of Mouth patterns. We explore the use of temporal language shifts and the patterns derived from Cartesian co-ordinates. In addition to this you will experience methods for defining purpose and aligning outcomes to purpose in the most congruent way.

Values, Beliefs and Time

In module 2 we move through the diversity of NLP techniques that utilise the way we process, store and retrieve events in relation to time. This module enables you to create new neurological patterns and bring about change at a deep level. In addition to this we will spend time understanding the relationship between our values and beliefs and how to elicit, then change and reintegrate new configurations into our neurology.

Personality Typing, Metaprograms and Modelling

Module 3 takes us into the realm of personality typing and a comprehensive investigation of the NLP metaprograms from several points of view; we will then apply this understanding to business, coaching and educational situations. You will spend time with Master Trainer and Modeller Robert Smith who will guide you through the detailed steps for modelling excellence, finishing with his latest on work Grovian Metaphor in relation to Symbolic Modelling processes.

Hypnosis, Advanced Submodalities and Anchoring

Module 4 covers the patterns of hypnotic induction both authoritarian and Eriksonian and the use of advanced submodality and anchoring techniques. There will be an opportunity to finalise your modelling project proposal and work with others to plan and initiate this work. Part of this module will be a workshop devoted to presentation techniques formatted both for those who already present or train and also for the newcomer to presenting.

Presentations and Integration

During the final module candidates present their modelling project to the group. You will have an opportunity if you wish to demonstrate the installation of the strategy of excellence you modelled in a volunteer. Integration exercises are designed to encourage you to develop your own approach to the use of NLP.
