Be A Brilliant Communicator (2 days)
This course is designed to show candidates how in practical ways they can build and maintain relationships faster and more effectively and positively influence customers, colleagues and management interactions. Covering powerful techniques for using body language, observational skills and verbal language forms that are well proven and known to be vital for Business Developers, Managers and especially specialists who need to interact with either internal or external customers.
Coaching Skills For Managers (1 or 2 days)
Learn the best practice for coaching staff to performance. Including the structure and conduct of a coaching session. Setting goals and outcomes that work using GROW and well formed outcomes models. Using questions to stimulate the coachee to find appropriate practical solutions. Participants will practice tools and techniques by coaching each other through real situations.
Handling Difficult Situations (1 day)
Designed to equip you and your team with the skills to recognise the signs of conflict and have a range of strategies in place to head off or deal with any situations that arise safely and efficiently.Understand the structure of conflict and difficult situations and your innate response. HDS is packed with tools and strategies to help mangers conduct those difficult conversations around discipline, performance and behavioural issues. By using the Thomas Kilman Indicator (TKI) profile we show how and when to shift attitudes, approaches and behaviours according to the circumstances we help build flexibility and adaptability in reading and responding to conflict and difficult situations.
Presentations Skills (1 day)
This short and fast paced session enables participants to move through the 6 distinct phases of creating and delivering successful presentations. Dealing with information formatting, how to engage the mind and create personal presence with positive body language and enhanced vocal skills. The participants will practice each stage with expert feedback which leads to a leap in skill and confidence when presenting.
Dynamics of Change Management (2 days)
Change is always just round the corner. Understanding and responding to those changes is the measure of success. This workshop will provide the essential strategies to aid to thrive in the current business climate. “If you do what you’ve always done then you’ll get what you’ve always got” and this may not be enough. Included for each participant is their own values and change profile which we use to assess change states in organisations.

Leadership Development (2 days)
Using profiling tools our Leadership Development programme is designed around the needs of an organisation or department and uses appropriate profiling tools to direct the content of the course specific to the participants. Further details on request.
Understanding Team Development (2 days)
The Tuckman model of team development guides the way we teach managers how to use the tools and techniques of team development. By understanding the stages that effective transition through to performance you are able to turn any group of people into the best possible team. The more cohesive the team, the smoother the communications within it, and the smoother the communications, the stronger the team becomes.
Team Building Days
Our teambuilding days are composed of a series chosen activities specific for a particular group that will bring people together to solve problems, rely on each other build trust, situational leadership and improve team communications
Marketing for professional and technical staff (1 Day)
Principles and methods of marketing to allow professionals and technical staff to easily interface with professional marketers to specify their requirements and work with benefits as well as features.
In this practical and focused one day workshop you will discover for yourself how you can easily build on your strengths to grow your business. Learn and take away creative problem solving tools you can use consistently to get better results. Perfect and deliver your sales pitch so you can more confidently attract customers who are right for you.
Negotiation skills (2 days)

This short course on negotiating skills is designed to deliver the essential principles of negotiating, leaving the participants with a set of tools that they can use in any form negotiation. The workshop is interactive with question and answer sessions. Exercises and role plays are used to build skills and applications back at work.
Train the Trainer Programme (5 days)
An intensive five-day programme guiding participants through all aspects of training their chosen area. Starting with how to take the subject area and break it down in such a way that the trainer can ensure that all learning styles are accommodated. Covering style, presence, building rapport, handling difficult participants and many other topics we equip the trainer to perform excellently in any situation. We will also teach trainers how to deliver some of the licensed Evolution Training programs where in-house programmes are required.
