Solution

Evolution Training designed a practical experiential workshop over two days, providing the leaders with sets of tools for each stage of the process. The outcome was to enable the senior managers to lead their teams through the process with new projects. Each workshop was run with current real business development initiatives and not only produced the desired leadership training but also generated data sets to be used to further the development of specific projects. The teams also were provided with a copy of Roger Terry’s book on advanced communication ‘The Hidden Art of Interviewing’.


Benefits

The senior leaders were brought on board with a new initiative were motivated to lead their teams to use it. They acquired a number of new leadership skills in the area of creativity, team building and process management.
