As an international NLP Trainer and Performance Coach, Carole designs and delivers a variety of programmes for organisations in business and education. She is a public relations consultant, specialising in assisting companies grow through a more effective use of targeted media, key opinion formers and public consultation campaigns.

She enjoys creating training programmes which combine practical learning with fun and memorable experiences. Carole is a specialist interview and presentation skills trainer and has helped hundreds of adults and students develop the confidence and skills to perform and succeed. She facilitates groups to develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills by taking them through a series of cutting-edge challenges culminating in competitive presentations of their ideas and solutions.

Carole develops motivational courses to support London Coaching Foundation’s work, developing the winning mindset in young people who have the capability of becoming international athletes in preparation for the 2012 Olympics.

One of Carole’s passions is unlocking potential, especially with adolescents who have become disillusioned, demotivated and disengaged. She enjoys helping them get back on track and delivers NLP coaching in prisons, with Connexions and in both the independent and state education sector.
