Carole is an INLPTA NLP Trainer, Coach and Psychotherapist, supporting individuals in business and education to perform at their best. Carole designs and delivers a variety of programmes for organisations in business and education. She combines teaching adults and young people with her work as a psychotherapist in the NHS and in private practice, specialising in dissociation and trauma.

One of Carole’s passions is unlocking potential, especially with teenagers who have become disillusioned, demotivated, and disengaged. She enjoys helping them get back on track and delivers NLP coaching in prisons, with Connexions and in both the independent and state education sector.

She excels at creating training programmes which combine practical learning with fun and memorable experiences. Carole is a specialist interview and presentation skills trainer and has helped hundreds of adults and students develop the confidence and skills to perform and succeed. She facilitates groups to develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills by taking them through a series of cutting-edge challenges culminating in competitive presentations of their ideas and solutions.

She was born and brought up in Africa, before attending various schools in England and America. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education. She built her career in public relations consultancy, managing client relations and organising media and public consultation programmes for international clients within public affairs and property development. Carole develops motivational courses to support London Coaching Foundation’s work, developing the winning mindset in young people who have the capability of becoming international athletes in preparation for the Olympics.
