Henrie is a Master NLP trainer, Spiral Dynamics consultant, and talented coach who started her career as an innovative research-scientist studying complex natural systems. Whilst managing multi-disciplinary projects, she became increasingly fascinated by the human elements of those ventures: the processes of innovation and creativity and the skills and qualities that enable individual and collaborative achievement. Since working in the scientific civil service and higher education, she has worked as an independent consultant in the private, public, and voluntary sectors.
In the field of NLP, Henrie has a growing international reputation for excellence in training and coaching. She contributes regularly to the training for INLPTA international trainers, where she develops and accredits NLP trainers. She is passionate about the practical applications of NLP and is involved in on-going research into NLP in the fields of health (palliative care and MRI radiography) and mental health (funded by the mental health foundation). She has also been involved in modeling and teaching the transferable skills of elite entrepreneurs.
In addition to her skills in NLP, she has extensive experience of physical approaches to working with the mind and body system and has spent a number of years studying the structure and development of personality.
