Nick is a Professional Development Consultant who trained in primary school education, and became a headteacher of a successful large state primary school in Surrey, before branching out into Accelerated Learning courses. He designs and runs literacy courses and is a leading ALPS trainer.
Running training on a variety of areas including leadership, management, and team building, Nick is an NLP Practitioner and runs NLP seminar sessions linked to presentation skills, personal development, and using NLP strategies for teachers. He is also currently a professional development consultant for CfBT Education Trust.
Nick is British Psychological Society Level B (Intermediate Plus) certified and uses a very wide range of instruments for individual coaching and for running team workshops to explore greater understanding and awareness within teams.
