Philip Hayes has a primary degree in Physiology and Biology and a postgraduate research degree in Hyperbaric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, Member of the Physiological Society, and a Registered NLP Trainer and Master Coach.

In his earlier years, his research with the Royal Navy involved diving and submarine rescue, collecting experiences of world-record dives, and the early exploitation of North Sea energy resources. Making the transition from extreme depth to high altitude, he joined the Royal Air Force Institute of Aviation Medicine to specialise in protecting aircrew from hostile environments. The end of the 1980′s saw him as Director of Research at the National Hyperbaric Centre in Aberdeen, after which he ran businesses specialising in health, fitness and human assessment.

Currently, as a Director of The Core Development Co. and co-inventor of the Core Process and Core® software, his business is the analysis and enhancement of human behaviour and motivation, as a route toward excellence and prosperity, for people at work and play. Philip is a man with an incredible understanding of what works for people, a great sense of humour, and a passion for learning and growth.
